ResponsabilitàLead cybersecurity roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with client goals and digital transformation
Drive end-to-end security solutions from conceptual design to implementation
Manage complex cybersecurity projects with strict timelines and budgets
Provide expert security advisory during IT transformation programs and support certifications such as ISO*****
Develop innovative cybersecurity solutions using AI, blockchain, and cloud computing
Mentor and develop team members; oversee recruitment and culture of excellence
Select and manage security vendors and solution providers to enhance client offerings
Requisiti fondamentali6 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT security consulting or similar roles
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC *****, SABSA)
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO***** preferred
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across interdisciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
Willingness to travel extensively; comfortable in global contexts
