OverviewIn this role you will design analog and mixed-signal blocks for battery management within NXP's Driver & Energy Systems.
You'll collaborate with design architects to optimize architecture for area, power, and performance, and translate specifications into schematics.
You'll develop verification plans, validate layouts, and support lab validation and product release in a cross-functional team.

ResponsabilitàDesign analog or mixed-signal blocks for battery management circuits from architecture to qualification
Propose optimal architectures focusing on area, power, and performance
Translate specifications into electrical schematics
Create and complete verification plans (PVT, statistical, ESD/EMC, post-layout simulations)
Validate routing of circuits at layout stage
Participate in product debug, validation,
and qualification up to release
Collaborate with Design group and other technical teams to fulfill missions
Develop competencies and evolve in technical or project responsibilities
Requisiti fondamentali10+ years of analog IC design experience
Proven experience in ADC design, switch capacitors, high voltage power management blocks, voltage references, CAN physical layer, high/low side drivers
Experience with smart power BiCMOS technologies
Good knowledge of Cadence IC tools
Experience in requirement traceability management and ISO*****
