OverviewIn this role you will define and secure production plans for accessories categories, aligning with seasonal launches and ensuring ongoing supply for permanent products.
You will balance business needs, supplier capacity and industrial constraints to guarantee reliable deliveries and support overall supply chain performance.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate risks, lead governance with suppliers and improve planning processes.

ResponsabilitàDefine and manage production plans for assigned accessories categories aligned with launch calendars, demand assumptions and constraints
Ensure availability and timely delivery of seasonal products to support launch readiness
Secure continuity of supply for permanent products considering demand variability, lead times, MOQ and replenishment needs
Issue production orders per lead times and MOQ, follow up on order confirmations
Monitor shipment execution vs planning and address gaps with corrective actions
Maintain accurate planning data and PDP updates in relevant systems
Build strong supplier relationships to align business requirements with capacities
Monitor supplier adherence to commitments (capacity, raw materials, progress, delivery)
Define and lead supplier governance via meetings, reporting, follow-ups, and on-site visits as needed
Contribute to capacity planning for launches and permanent products with Purchasing and Pole Managers
Identify risks and escalate deviations, supporting mitigation actions




Support anticipation levers such as security stock, pre-buying and capacity reservation where relevant
Coordinate with NPI, Buyers, Industrialization and Quality teams for launch requirements
Provide visibility on delivery commitments and industrial feasibility with HQ teams
Contribute to cross-functional meetings (Points Métiers, PDP reviews)
Support decision-making by highlighting industrial constraints, capacity limits, risks and trade-offs
Communicate planning status, delivery outlook, risks and actions to stakeholders clearly and promptly
Work with teams to mitigate material breakage risks on seasonal and end-of-life products
Compile and share reports on seasonal launches and deliveries
Monitor KPIs on planning reliability, supplier performance and delivery execution
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools and data reliability
Identify system issues, document them, coordinate with IT, and escalate recurring problems
Collaborate with Transformation and Innovation teams to improve planning tools and ways of working
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning or industrial planning
Strong knowledge of planning and supply chain processes in an industrial environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP
Fluent in Italian and English; French would be a plus
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Cross-functional coordination and influencing with leadership
