ResponsabilitàLead and execute bioinformatics analyses with emphasis on rigor, reproducibility, and impact
Serve as methodological lead for bioinformatics approaches, selecting and implementing pipelines and tools
Support target identification and validation through computational analyses across data types
Coordinate with external collaborations and act as liaison to ensure alignment with plans
Collaborate with translational leads to define bioinformatics activities per development plans
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of bioinformatics activities and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
Maintain technical expertise in current bioinformatics trends and propose innovations
Assist interpretation of complex datasets to drive data-driven strategies
Contribute to publications, regulatory documents, and internal presentations with data-driven evidence
Requisiti fondamentaliPhD or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on bioinformatics experience with biomedical/clinical datasets
Ability to work independently within a matrix organization
Proficiency in programming languages (R, Python) and bioinformatics tools/workflows (RNA-seq, pathway analysis, NGS)
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with functional leads
