OverviewIn this role you drive the evolution of the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS;), a mission-critical platform powering the cruise reservation process.
You partner with business, IT, and vendors to translate strategic needs into robust product capabilities, enabling B2C/B2B revenue growth and operational excellence.

ResponsabilitàOwn product priorities for O&OMS; and define requirements across processes, integrations, and releases
Translate business priorities into actionable functional and technical specifications
Govern end-to-end delivery lifecycle from discovery to adoption, coordinating internal IT, software factories, and external vendors
Ensure scalable solutions and alignment with business impact and technology choices
Lead product discussions in international, complex operating environments
Collaborate with demand teams and corporate stakeholders to understand commercial and operational priorities
Requisiti fondamentali7-10 years experience as IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst on complex platforms
Ability to connect business impact with technology choices and align with senior stakeholders
Strong technical background in application lifecycle, system integrations, functional testing, and UAT with hands-on solution validation
Fluent English in international settings
Experience with cruise lines, tour operators, airline reservation systems, or O&OMS; platforms is a strong plus
Strong influencing skills and experience managing external vendors and internal stakeholders
