ResponsabilitàManage a team across Learning & Development, Internal Communication and Employer Branding
Create annual strategy aligned with company vision and business needs
Adapt European HQ guidelines to local context
Design L&D; projects tailored to country needs
Develop Talent Development strategy linking HR functions
Create Employer Branding strategy and manage stakeholder relationships
Deploy a company-wide LinkedIn communication strategy
Plan internal communications for Retail and Corporate populations
Design well-being initiatives to boost employee experience and engagement
Coordinate educational actions and messages for coherence
Organize motivating events with HRBP
Manage department budget
Ensure continuous HR innovation
Negotiate cross-department needs with sustainability of actions
Act as ambassador of company values and culture
Requisiti fondamentaliProven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding, or similar role
English fluency
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
High organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)
Strong cooperative skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
