This role combines coordination, project management, and strategic communication — an opportunity to work closely with top management and contribute to the success of our Italian branch within a global organization.
/ppbr/ppbWhat You'll Do: /b /pulliCoordinate and support projects assigned by the Chinese headquarters, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication between teams.
/liliDevelop and optimize workflows and procedures, contributing to the introduction of IT systems and tools that enhance efficiency.
/liliMonitor project timelines, budgets, and results, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
/liliIdentify potential risks and propose proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
/liliPrepare reports and analyses for the local and global management teams, supporting informed decision-making.
/li /ulpbWhat We're Looking For: /b /pulliBachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Management Engineering, Economics, or STEM disciplines.
/lili2–3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within eCommerce, digital, IT, or consulting environments.
/liliNative-level Chinese speaker, fluent in Italian, and proficient in English.
/liliStrong command of Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
/liliExcellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
/liliProactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
