ResponsabilitàLead planning, execution, and delivery of renewable projects
Manage engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for effective collaboration
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships
Perform risk assessments and mitigation planning
Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle
Monitor progress and report to senior management
Manage contracts, reports, and regulatory submissions
Identify process improvements and foster continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentaliIn-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project management methodologies
Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable projects within EPC
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Advanced use of Microsoft Project
