ResponsabilitàLead the operations team for Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange (On-Premises and Online), certificate lifecycle management, File & Print, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Power Platform & Copilot.
Ensure stability, continuity and performance of all Microsoft platform services.
Oversee incident, problem and change management processes.
Handle operational escalations and coordinate with vendors for 3rd level support.
Collaborate with Architecture Team to implement approved designs and standards.
Monitor and improve service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
Drive operational automation, standardization and documentation.
Manage relationships with vendors and external support teams.
Support audit, compliance and security-related operational requirements.
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure operations in complex enterprise environments.
Minimum 2 years of leadership or coordination experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows infrastructure services, Power Platform, Copilot).
Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
