OverviewIn this role you will deliver expert technical support to AGCO dealers and customers, accelerating issue resolution and enabling successful seasonal launches.
You'll guide field setup, optimize operations, and promote digital and advanced technologies across regions.
You will collaborate with global teams, participate in factory-level investigations, and support field kit deployments to ensure superior service and uptime.
This position is central to empowering farmers with reliable equipment and knowledge, blending hands-on troubleshooting with cross-functional collaboration.

ResponsabilitàProvide expert-level technical support to dealers and customers to ensure fast issue resolution
Assist with complex technical cases when local resources are exhausted
Support field setup and optimization across crops and conditions, including hands-on onboarding for new dealers and VIP customers
Promote advanced technologies and new features to drive adoption and confidence in products
Provide guidance on AGCO systems, warranty processes, TechConnect, diagnostic tools, and special tools
Collaborate with global teams to share expertise and best practices
Report issues using EWFR and work with Product Support to implement solutions
Lead factory-level investigations for complex cases requiring deeper technical analysis
Offer limited field-kit installation support and monitor performance before broader deployment
Ensure all AGCO core products receive technical support and excellent customer service
Requisiti fondamentaliStrong knowledge of agricultural business and products, including mechanical and electrical systems
Familiarity with service and parts management and the farm machinery dealer network
Solid understanding of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial acumen for customer/dealer interactions
High proficiency with PC usage, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German
