ResponsabilitàOwn end-to-end paid performance execution across all channels, from setup to bidding optimization
Lead performance reporting and forecasting to meet budget pacing and ROI targets
Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding)
to improve efficiency
Ensure correct tracking and measurement infrastructure across campaigns
Challenge agency partners to drive smarter, faster delivery
Collaborate with SEO, content and CRO to align on growth objectives
Partner with product, sales and brand to maximize impact
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience of at least 5 in the role
Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making
Degree in field Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering
Knowledge of English
Knowledge of main performance channels including hands-on experience in Search Console
Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform
