The position requires expertise in adolescent mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

/pp• Develop and implement individualized safety plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.
/pp• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to adolescents in distress.
/pp• Coordinate care with schools, community organizations, and mental health professionals.
