/p pWe are looking for a bScientific Strategist Med Ed /b with a central role in design, management and scientific supervision of educational projects in the healthcare field, working closely with opinion leaders.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment of educational pathways based on deep analysis of the relevant target audience, understanding the learning needs; /li liDesign and draft of ECM and non-ECM educational programs, including support in cost estimations and budget preparation; /li liScientific management, planning and coordination of ECM trainings, Advisory Boards, congresses, workshop and educational events in general; /li liScientific coordination and supervision of projects and events, both in-person and digital; /li liDirect interaction with different stakeholders, such as opinion leaders, physicians and healthcare professionals across different therapeutic areas.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in a scientific discipline; /li liAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role; /li liKnowledge of ECM regulations and healthcare education processes; /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) /li liGood knowledge of English language; /li liAbility work independently, managing workload and effectively prioritizing tasks; /li liStrong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset; /li liTeam player with leadership capabilities; /li liHigh level of accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to grow and contribute within a dynamic and growing organization.
