ResponsibilitiesAccessing banking platforms and downloading digital and PDF bank statementsImporting bank statements into the ERP system and booking bank statementsPerforming clearing of receivables and payablesVerifying the accuracy and approval of incoming invoicesPosting incoming and outgoing invoicesResponsibility for reconciling invoices and paymentsSupport in monthly accounting closures with external accounting agencyOngoing tracking of invoice disputes as part of the reminder processCoordination with external accounting agency, debtors,
