OverviewAs an Automotive Coach & Consultant, you monitor and support the use of a new tool to enhance Customer Experience across the dealer and service network.
You provide both operational guidance and advisory input to Sales-related areas, leveraging Customer Journey and Sales/Service processes.
You design and deliver coaching, training, and insights to improve CE performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role combines analytics, training, and hands-on implementation to shape customer outcomes.
ResponsabilitàPrepare standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses on CE metrics
Draft and manage official communications to the sales and service network
Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE topics
Support the CE department in analysis and design of incentive schemes
Design, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars) on CE topics
Provide hands-on support to Sales and Service network for new projects and tools implementation
Develop and deliver training modules for internal field staff and Sales & Service network on CE topics
Deliver classroom-based behavioral training on soft skills
Conduct potential analysis and gap analysis
Requisiti fondamentaliAdvanced knowledge of the automotive industry
Strong analytical skills to evaluate qualitative sales and service KPIs and translate insights into action plans
Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visual Analytics tools, and database querying
Ability to analyze complex datasets and define effective solutions
Ability to work independently, in groups, and within cross-functional teams
Strong mindset for sharing insights, reports, and results
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
