As the expert for network security, you lead technical demonstrations, validate architectures, and position our solutions to address evolving industry trends.
This is a remote role based in Italy with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and measurable impact.
ResponsabilitàCollaborate with sales to develop customer solutions within your specialization
Present as a technical expert to diverse customer audiences
Lead and support customer demonstrations to showcase value
Drive technical validation projects to ensure technical win in opportunities
Architect solutions to strengthen customer security posture
Document high-level design and use cases for implementation and value realization
Lead discussions on industry trends and emerging security landscape changes
Discuss product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation
Serve as main technical contact for RFIs/RFPs and partner-delivered services
Position Palo Alto Networks solutions appropriately against competitors
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience in Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE
L2-L4 Networking knowledge (switching, VLANs, IP routing, OSPF, BGP, load balancing)
Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work with customers and maintain a can-do attitude
Solid understanding of NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, BYOD solutions
Advanced knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies
English proficiency
This is a field sales role with travel to support in-person meetings
