ResponsabilitàBuild and scale Flexport Italy with colleagues
Identify suitable clients (self-prospected and via SDRs)
Consult with clients to understand supply chain needs and pains
Demonstrate capabilities and craft value-added solutions in meetings
Close deals and lead customer onboarding with internal resources
Requisiti fondamentali2-3 years in freight forwarding/logistics sales with full sales cycle experience in Italian market
Experience in logistics industry required; freight forwarding preferred
Willingness to cold-call prospects
Experience managing accounts and delivering excellent client experiences
Genuine client focus and discovery-driven approach to pain points
Fast learner with strong work ethic and ambition to be among top 5% in country
Fluent in English and Italian
