ph3About the Role /h3 pYibi Precision is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and precision metal component manufacturing projects for global industrial and technology-driven clients.
/p pThis role will work closely with engineering, tooling, production, quality, and commercial teams to support manufacturing feasibility review, sample development, process improvement, and mass production follow-up.
We are looking for someone with a practical manufacturing mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and an interest in advanced precision manufacturing.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview customer drawings, technical requirements, product specifications, and tolerances for manufacturing feasibility.
/li liSupport DFM review, sample development, trial production, and process validation for MIM and precision metal components.
/li liWork with tooling, production, and quality teams to identify process risks and improve manufacturing solutions.
/li liSupport new product introduction from early technical evaluation to stable mass production.
/li liAnalyze production issues and assist in improving process stability, product consistency, yield, and efficiency.
/li liHelp optimize manufacturing processes related to materials, tooling, forming, sintering, machining, surface finishing, and quality control.
/li liPrepare and organize technical documents, process records, sample feedback, and project-related reports.
/li liCoordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements, delivery timelines, and technical problem-solving.
/li liSupport continuous improvement activities related to quality, cost, delivery, and production efficiency.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liExperience in manufacturing, precision metal components, MIM, CNC machining, powder metallurgy, tooling,
automotive parts, electronics components, medical device components, or related industrial manufacturing fields.
/li liAbility to read and understand technical drawings, product specifications, tolerances, and basic manufacturing requirements.
/li liFamiliarity with production processes, sample development, process improvement, quality control, or manufacturing problem-solving.
/li liPractical problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
/li liGood communication skills and the ability to work with engineering, production, tooling, quality, and commercial teams.
/li liWillingness to learn MIM manufacturing processes and support projects from technical evaluation to mass production.
/li /ul h3Preferred but not required /h3 ul liExperience with MIM, powder metallurgy, precision metal components, small metal parts, lock components, tool components, automotive components, electronics components, or medical device components.
/li liExperience in DFM review, sample validation, process optimization, new product introduction, or production ramp-up.
/li liFamiliarity with ISO ****, IATF *****, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S, or lean manufacturing is a plus.
/li liEnglish communication ability is a plus, especially for international customer or cross-border project communication.
