AsTechnical Implementation Manager, you will lead the delivery ofclient fit-out projects across hyperscale Data Center environmentsin the EMEA region.
You will provideleadership and strategic directionacross Telecom, Data Hall, Ancillary, and Security fit-out projects, ensuring safe and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Acting as aprimary client interface, you will coordinate internal teams, implementation engineers, construction partners, and vendors while managing project milestones, cost, quality, risk, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.
You will also contribute to the definition and implementation ofstandardised delivery processes, supporting consistent project execution acrossEMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Leadend-to-end deliveryof client fit-out projects.
Manageproject schedule, cost, quality, risks, and key milestones.
Coordinate Technical Implementation Engineers acrossTelecom and Physical Security.
Oversee client-specific fit-out works, includingtelecom, security, office and storage areas, and white space customisations.
ManageNRC scope, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
Act as themain technical interfacebetween clients, internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders acrossDesign, Construction, Operations, Security, Networking, and Commercial teams.
Overseevendor execution, commissioning, technical acceptance, and handover activities.
ManageTelecom & Security Technical Implementation Engineers in Italy.
Oversee projects outside Italy, primarily inSwitzerland, with availability forshort-notice business travel.
Required Skills and Background
Degree inEngineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience managingclient fit-out or technical implementation projectsin Data Center, Telecom, or hyperscale environments.
Strongproject management skills, including schedule, risk, cost, and stakeholder management.
Experience leadingmultidisciplinary technical teams.
Good understanding ofData Center infrastructure, telecom systems, physical security solutions, and white space deployments.
Experience managingNRC budgets and forecasting.
Strongclient-facing, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity withhyperscaler standards, safety requirements, and commissioning/acceptance processes.
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certificationpreferred.
Fluent inItalianandEnglish

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position.
