In this role, you will provide essential troubleshooting support and ensure clients have a seamless experience with their IT services.

/liliTroubleshooting system performance, configurations, and software usage.
/liliDocumenting solutions and collaborating with internal teams when necessary.

You will work b40 hours per week /b on rotating shifts and be entitled to holiday bonuses with a Portuguese employment contract.
