ResponsabilitàLead product development from concept to mass production
Perform hands-on 3D CAD modeling and drafting of mechanical solutions
Design and engineer mechanical components and systems with cost and quality targets
Manage R&D; projects with timelines and milestones
Execute prototyping and validation including rapid prototyping
Collaborate with Marketing,
Purchasing, Quality, and Compliance to meet market and manufacturing needs
Ensure regulatory compliance of designs and modifications
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Advanced 3D CAD proficiency (Siemens NX or similar)
Extensive plastics design experience and knowledge of injection molding processes
Solid knowledge of mechanical processing, plastic deformation, die casting, and assembly methods
Proven project management skills with autonomous work style
Experience in international teams, especially with Chinese counterparts
Familiarity with rapid prototyping technologies in R&D;
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel abroad for project needs
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and information protection principles
