ResponsabilitàDefine strategic development and growth opportunities in the insurance sector
Develop industrial and business plans
Conduct feasibility studies for new businesses and innovative products
Manage complex strategic reorganisations and business integration deals
Define and implement business strategy for major financial institutions (distribution networks, pricing models, etc.)
Market benchmarking and evolution analyses of major financial market sectors
Define operating models and performance improvement programs including innovative technological solutions
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Management or related field
Over 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a consulting company or multinational
Strong organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritise complex tasks
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study or work experience abroad
