OverviewAs a Project Manager at SPX FLOW, you will lead multimillion euro capital projects in Italy, collaborating with engineering and key stakeholders worldwide.
You will drive on-time, cost-efficient delivery while meeting SPX FLOW and customer quality standards.
The role involves regular customer visits, cross-border collaboration, and travel to Europe and beyond as projects require.
This is a growth-focused position in a rapidly expanding, international company with opportunities to influence large-scale projects and global portfolios.
You will work from Milan (Peschiera) with some remote work, and you may be deployed across Europe, Dubai, or China as needed.

ResponsabilitàEnsure all project phases are completed timely and cost-effectively
Deliver projects to SPX FLOW and customer quality standards

Construct and communicate structured project programs to internal leaders and clients
Support bid process owner at sales stage with planning and risk management
Conduct weekly/monthly project reviews and generate reports
Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage regular client visits
Travel across Europe to support allocated projects
Requisiti fondamentaliProject management experience and engineering awareness in food/pharma/beverage/industrial applications
English and Italian language skills
Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
Experience using Microsoft Project
Proven track record delivering large-scale projects up to 20 million euro in food & beverage
SAP for project reporting is advantageous
Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Dairy Food engineering desired
