Translate Flutter's group people strategy into Albania in collaboration with Corporate HR Centers in Italy
Own the full HR cycle on the ground: workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance, compensation, disciplinary matters, labor relations, and external partnerships
Oversee General Services and HSE to ensure a safe, modern work environment
Lead and coordinate the Communication team to reflect the company's identity and direction

Proven change agent with strong leadership and role-model behavior
Skilled in influencing and building effective relationships
Degree in Economics or Humanities
Fluent in Italian and English
