Overview

In this role you will ensure compliance with Italian labor law and oversee employee relations and risk management. You will advise senior leaders and HR teams to align local regulations with Foundever’s global HR policies. You’ll lead complex casework, develop compliant policies, and liaise with authorities and external counsel. This position offers a strategic advisory role in a multinational setting and opportunities to shape labor compliance programs.

Responsabilità

- Ensure compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor changes in employment law and advise leadership on impacts and actions
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and documentation in line with legal requirements
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations
- Provide guidance on performance management to ensure legal soundness and consistency
- Serve as SME for sensitive cases to ensure fair treatment and risk mitigation
- Advise senior leaders, HRBP, and operations on labor law and employee relations matters
- Support negotiations with works councils, unions,



or employee representatives
- Liaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as required
- Identify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor compliance
- Ensure accurate documentation and records to support legal defensibility
- Deliver training on labor law, employee relations, and best practices to managers and HR teams
- Promote consistent and compliant application of HR policies across the organization

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Law (mandatory)
- Specialization in Labor or Employment Law highly preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relations
- Strong practical knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practices
- Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations preferred
- BPO experience preferred
