Awin is seeking an experienced Application Security leader to establish and run an AppSec program within the Product and Technology teams in Milan, Italy. You will evangelize secure development, own the training program, and build a Security Champions network to scale DevSecOps culture across P&T.;

You will integrate security tooling into CI/CD, conduct threat modelling, perform code and architecture reviews, and manage vulnerability lifecycle across internal and external apps.
