Offerta

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the HR team to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace environment.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful HR Director should have:

- Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems,



labour laws, and practices in Italy.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Completa l'offerta

- Competitive annual salary between €70,000 and €75,000.
- Meal allowance of €10 per day.
- Permanent employment.
