You will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the collection and Go-To-Market processes within a dynamic fashion environment.
/ppbr / /ppstrongCollection Coordination: /strong /pulliSupport in managing the collection calendar and preparing materials for internal meetings and presentations.
/liliAssist in coordinating collection development activities, including Collection Mood, Graphics, Colors, and other collection elements.
/liliSupport collection alignment across all categories (RTW, SBA, underwear, and beachwear).
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongGo-To-Market Marketing Support: /strong /pulliSupport in defining and monitoring the Go-To-Market timeline and related activities.
/liliAssist the Communication and Marketing teams with product- and collection-related activities, including shootings, lookbooks, and ADV campaigns.
/liliSupport in monitoring collection performance and preparing sales analysis.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSpecial Projects Market Analysis: /strong /pulliSupport the team on special projects, including Collaborations, Limited Editions, Commercial Requests, and Custom Products.
/liliConduct research on competitors, market trends, and fashion industry developments.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongTeam Collaboration: /strong /pulliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on collection-related activities and deadlines.
/liliSupport daily merchandising activities and contribute to ad hoc projects.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPROFILE /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongPrevious experience: /strong previous internship or academic experience in Merchandising, Fashion, Product, or Marketing is a plus.
/ppbr / /ppstrongSoft skills: /strong strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, proactivity, and a strong team-oriented approach.
/ppbr / /ppstrongLanguages: /strong fluent in Italian and English is mandatory.
/ppbr / /ppstrongIT skills: /strong good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
