/p h3Job Description /h3 h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
/li liSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
/li liPerform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish and maintain labor standards.
/li liAnalyze manufacturing routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
/li liDevelop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
/li liMonitor production performance against established labor standards and identify corrective actions.
/li liHelp implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
/li liParticipate in Lean Manufacturing projects, including 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
/li liCoordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
/li liSupport new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities.
/li liCollaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations.
/li liTrain operators on new processes, and work instructions.
/li liHelp maintain manufacturing master data, routings, and production documentation within ERP systems.
/li /ul h3The Essentials - You Will Have /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
/li liMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
/li liExperience in methods and time analysis, labor standards, or industrial engineering activities.
/li liRead technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
/li liProblem?solving skills.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and production data analysis.
/li liBasic English communication skills.
/li /ul h3The Preferred - You Might Also Have /h3 ul liExperience in electronics or electromechanical assembly environments.
/li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Engineering principles.
/li liExperience with SAP or other ERP systems.
/li liFamiliarity with productivity analysis.
/li liKnowledge of MTM, MOST, or other work measurement methodologies is a plus.
