Lead and manage IT teams across multiple locations
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions
Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all IT practices
Requisiti fondamentaliProven experience in managing IT operations within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security measures
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Fluency in English and Italian
Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
