The Role
As part of the customer experience team, you will:
Support customers via phone, chat, and email
Help users with technical issues across devices and accounts
Troubleshoot mobile devices, software, and basic tech setups
Assist with account security and password management
Coordinate repairs and coordinate more complex cases when needed
Deliver a high?quality experience while representing a global tech brand
Requirements
Fluency in Italian
Good level of English
Interest in technology (iOS, MacOS or similar is a plus)
Strong communication and problem?solving skills
