OverviewIn this role you lead the end-to-end acquisition and industrialization of mobility components, coordinating with sales, R&D; and manufacturing to bring projects to profitable series production.
You will manage projects in Vehicle Motion, Automated Driving Assistance, Automotive Electronics or Powertrain within the PEBGIT/EIT group and drive cross-functional execution aligned with business-area processes.
Your broad automotive technical knowledge makes you a key stakeholder to satisfy customer specs and internal teams.

ResponsabilitàOwn the full project acquisition process in collaboration with Sales Manager
Coordinate with R&D; and manufacturing to industrialize components
Plan projects according to business-area processes
Lead projects to achieve series production
Ensure profitability and compliance with specifications
Act as primary liaison to customers and internal project teams
Manage cross-functional project execution and risks
Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery
Support career development and knowledge sharing within the team
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field)
Fluent in English and Italian; German a strong plus
Proven automotive project acquisition and management experience
Ideally PMP certification
Min. 3 years in a project management role in automotive
