**GUEST RELATIONS & FRONT OFFICE INTERN** A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Sereno Hotels for our 5-Star property in Lake Como, part of Leading Hotels of the World, and we are looking for you!
We are currently hiring a **Guest Relations & Front Office Intern** to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**: - Welcome guests upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
- Greet and assist guests, answering questions, anticipating needs, and providing personalized support
- Handle incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Create tailored itineraries and assist with restaurant, activity, and transportation reservations
- Ensure accurate billing and process payments at the front desk
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, keeping guest records updated **Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); additional languages are a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
