About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join GDM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer projects from order intake through final on-site acceptance, ensuring that project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, and risk management are achieved. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. The position includes international travel of approximately 30% of working time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle,



from project kick-off to final customer acceptance
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual commitments
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring timely execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate corrective actions when required
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and agreed project deliverables
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Manage scope changes, evaluating their impact on costs, timing, and resources
- Support installation, start-up, and commissioning activities at customer sites
- Lead project review meetings and drive issue resolution throughout the project execution phase
- Ensure proper project closure, including documentation completion and formal customer acceptance

What You Need to Be Successful:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management,



Industrial Management, or a related technical field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in project management within industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or engineering environments
- Proven experience in managing project costs, risks, schedules, and customer relationships
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus
- Availability to travel internationally up to approximately 30% of working time

Our Offer:

Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40,800, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.

The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 10% of base salary at target.

A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico
