**- Key Responsibilities**
- Keep up-to-date with product collections; have deep product knowledge.
- Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising.
- Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships.
- Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience
**- Requirements / Qualifications**
- At least **2 years’ experience** in premium or luxury fashion / retail.
- Experience working with **KPIs**, **CRM**, and client appointments.
- Fluent in **English** and **Italian.**: - Strong interpersonal, communication, clienteling skills.
