Posizione:

Assist with the update of reservations and send confirmation letters
Assist colleagues in answering clients and/or travel agents' emails
Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
Accepts and delivers wake?up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
Assist colleague in running daily reports for department
Requisiti:
Proficiency in English and Italian – Third language would be a plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong technical skills including typing, Excel and Word
Detail oriented, positive
Applicants must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
