Sales Manager – Industrial Market (Power Quality)
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Power Quality Department at VOLTA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our presence in the industrial market across Northern Italy, promoting a portfolio of advanced Power Quality solutions including power quality analysers, low-voltage regulation systems, Power Quality correction solutions like active filters and partial discharge systems.
The position is based in Bolzano, providing close collaboration with our technical and product specialists while ensuring effective support to customers throughout Northern Italy.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector across Northern Italy.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, industrial end users, engineering companies and system integrators.
Promote and sell Power Quality solutions by understanding customers' technical and operational needs.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in cooperation with the application engineering team.
Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer support and project execution.
Represent Volta at industry events, conferences and trade fairs.
What we expect
5+ years of experience in technical B2B sales and business development.
Residence in Bolzano or surrounding areas.
Strong technical background in electrical engineering, power systems or industrial electrical equipment.
Knowledge of Power Quality applications or electrical measurement systems is considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); German is considered a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout Northern Italy (approximately 50% of the time).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

Annual Gross Salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a performance-based commission scheme.
