We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to turn complex, often poorly defined business problems into production-ready AI solutions at Qubika.
This is a highly client-facing, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of AI engineering, software architecture, product thinking, and business value. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their workflows and challenges, define the right solution, build it on their real systems and constraints, and take it through evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
As a platform-agnostic FDE, you’ll work across technologies and cloud environments, applying strong AI engineering and software development fundamentals rather than being tied to a specific vendor stack.

What we expect from you
5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
Previous client-facing experience, with the ability to lead technical conversations, challenge assumptions,
and communicate trade-offs with stakeholders.
Strong full-stack development skills, with the ability to work across backend, frontend, and data. Strong experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including deploying and operating applications in cloud environments.
Strong experience in AI engineering, including LLM applications and agentic systems in production.
Hands-on experience with concepts such as LLM orchestration, tool use, MCP, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and AI evaluation.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
Strong understanding of software architecture, with the ability to determine where AI adds value and where traditional approaches are more appropriate.
Strong product sense, with the ability to shape ambiguous requirements rather than simply implement predefined solutions.
English at B2 level or above, with confidence communicating
