In this role you lead the Automation Engineering, Maintenance, and Internal Logistics functions to drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. You partner with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering to deliver operational excellence, capital investments, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and shape engineering, maintenance, and logistics strategies to improve productivity and reliability. This is a hands-on leader role focused on scalable process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
Annual premio up to 13% of base salary
Competitive base salary (75,000 EUR - 85,000 EUR)

Lead automation engineering strategy and project planning for new and existing assets
Manage capital investment plans and spending forecasts for automation
Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated production equipment
Drive maintenance excellence, TPM adoption, and maintenance digitalization initiatives
Lead Internal Logistics and Warehouse operations, optimizing material flow and layouts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated site outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors for projects
Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, IATF, and plant management systems
Govern project documentation, change management, and progress reporting to leadership
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or related engineering discipline
Strong knowledge of automation systems, maintenance management, and industrial engineering practices
Experience in warehouse operations and supply chain coordination
Knowledge of utilities engineering and chemical process risk management
Proven track record managing capital projects in a manufacturing setting
Minimum 7 years of management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience managing external suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Proven project management experience with budgeting and capital investments
