ResponsabilitàOrganize and coordinate domestic and international shipments
Manage import/export and customs documentation
Prepare export invoices and customs documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
Monitor shipments until final delivery
Collaborate with Packaging to define shipping methods and packaging specifications
Work with Sales to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and delivery deadlines
Collaborate with Finance on administrative and fiscal aspects of shipping operations
Use SAP for shipment management, documentation, invoicing and data storage
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures
Requisiti fondamentaliAt least 5 years of Import/Export experience in international freight forwarders or logistics providers
Knowledge of Express, road, sea, and air freight
Excellent English; additional languages a plus
Strong understanding of international trade documentation and procedures
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
Experience in the automatic machinery, plant engineering, or capital equipment sectors
