ResponsabilitàManage purchasing planning activities and issue purchase orders to support production and business needs
Coordinate with international suppliers, purchasing teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor supplier performance and proactively address delays and urgent situations
Oversee inbound shipments from APAC suppliers, including freight forwarders and customs coordination
Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export and logistics processes
Requisiti fondamentali2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or similar supply chain role in an international environment
Experience with overseas suppliers, especially APAC, and familiarity with international transportation and customs processes
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Fluent Italian with good written and spoken English
Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
