We're looking for a Service Contracts Sales professional to take ownership of a newly created role, helping shape the future of the aftermarket service business across Western Europe.
It's an opportunity to build processes, develop a growing team, influence commercial strategy and create long-term customer value as the European installed base continues to expand rapidly.
The Opportunity Working across Western Europe, you'll lead the development of the customer service sales function, focusing on:
Renewals
Warranty conversions
Installed base growth
Revenue forecasting
What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing a small Service Contract Sales team.
Building a robust pipeline of service contract opportunities.
Working closely with Service, Sales and Business Partner teams across Europe.
Driving customer retention and recurring revenue.
Supporting forecasting and commercial planning.
Creating processes that will support the next phase of business growth.
