We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Business Service Development Intern to join our Demand Planning & Business Service Development team within our Channels Activation Department based in Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The person will support the team in reviewing business activities and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
As part of the Italy Business Unit, they will collaborate closely with different business functions to identify opportunities for efficiency, analyze key operational dynamics, and support optimization projects.
This internship will offer the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into commercial processes, collaborate with different business functions, and contribute to Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation projects.
? Your Day-to-day Activities
- Analyze and map existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimization solutions
- Develop and update KPIs to measure the success of projects and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, define clear objectives, and monitor progress
- Prepare reports and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders
? Who We’re Looking For
- You’re available for a 6-month tempo pieno internship.
Starting date: October/ November 2026
- You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
- You have a Degree Management Engineering or Business Management
- You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
