We are looking for a Business / Functional Analyst ( based in Italy).
? Location: Italy
?Work model: 100% remote
? B2B – up to 32,5 €/h net + VAT
About the client: The company specializes in employee benefits and payment solutions. Its portfolio includes meal cards and vouchers, employee mobility solutions, and incentive and benefits programs.
About the project: Large Salesforce project.
Responsibilities:
- Authors the standalone Functional Analysis — an artefact required on this stream and not on the others.
- Documents the 16 interactions functionally, the mandate lifecycle, the UTA and X Italia distinction, and the Treasury manual step.
- Confirms the perimeter against the empty annex sec.1.1.
- Defines the sanity test cases.
We are looking for:
- Fluency in Italian.
- Functional analysis in Italian.
- SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management.
- Requirements documentation.
- Stakeholder workshops.
- Knowledge about the Salesforce Platform.
