Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for direct sales expansion and business development of the company’s full product portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, all-in-one conference systems, and integrated visual solutions) in the Italian market.
2. Focus on developing and accessing key local resources that are not easily covered by the China-based team, including end users, major system integrators, consulting firms, and design institutes.
3. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders to enable early-stage project engagement.
4. Proactively obtain and manage first-hand project information, tracking and driving opportunities from early project stages.
5. Lead spec-in activities at the early phase of projects by integrating the company’s products and solutions into design schemes, technical specifications, and tender documents.
6. Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client communication, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, tender participation, and contract signing.
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure competitive and localized solutions for customers.
8. Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities; provide timely market feedback to support the company’s strategic decision-making.

Organize and participate in both online and offline marketing activities and industry events.
Qualification
1. sbased in Italy, with a Bachelor’s degree or above
2. .3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience;
experience in LED displays, AV systems, lighting, smart city solutions, or related industries is preferred
3. .Strong direct sales and key account development capabilities, with the ability to independently develop and influence key clients
4. .Existing local network with end users, major system integrators, consultants, or engineering companies is highly preferred
5. .Familiar with project-based sales processes, including tendering procedures and technical specification management
6. .Proven experience in early-stage project engagement (spec-in), with the ability to influence project solutions and technical standards before tender release
7. .Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of driving complex and long-cycle projects to closure
8. .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
9. .Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
10. .Fluent in both Italy and English (written and spoken)
11. .Strong professional ethics and sense of responsibility; aligned with company culture and able to strictly maintain business confidentiality
