Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Group Controlling Team at our Headquarters in Padova. In this role, you will support the Sport Global Channel, working closely with business partners and field experts across the organization. The position offers exposure to an international environment, with regular interactions with US based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing, Commercial Investments &
- Cost Control
- Support pricing and margin analyses, including new product launches and price benchmarking across Europe, the US, and Canada.
- Monitor marketing, selling, and overhead costs against budget and forecast, supporting variance analyses and ROI evaluation of commercial initiatives.
- Provide analytical support to Commercial and Brand teams.
Financial Reporting &
- Business Analysis
- Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards.
- Support analyses on profitability by market, channel, customer, and brand, as well as key financial and operational KPIs, including costs, cash flow,
working capital, and inventory performance.
Closing, Data Quality &
- Business Partnering
- Support accrual preparation, month-end closing activities, data reconciliation, and reporting accuracy in coordination with Accounting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams, supporting pricing, cost control, and business decision-making.
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in auditing, consulting, or controlling within multinational companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in multinational and cross functional environments.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- SAP and Tableau are a plus.
