Overview

As Senior Indirect Tax Analyst, you will lead EU B2B indirect tax planning and support reporting and compliance. You will partner with local business teams and external consultants and report to the Global Tax Manager, ensuring accurate filings and timely reconciliations. You’ll identify planning opportunities and help resolve tax issues across indirect tax. This role sits in Zeeco’s Italian HQ and offers growth in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilità

- Prepare and analyze data for Indirect Tax returns
- Monthly reconciliation of Indirect Tax GL accounts
- Research and clear reconciling items
- Manage Indirect Tax refund claims
- Support B2B Indirect Tax transactions
- Maintain schedule for monthly, quarterly, annual filings




- Prepare information for Indirect Tax amendments
- Maintain organized electronic filing system for Indirect Tax
- Manage intrastate reporting
- Identify Indirect Tax planning opportunities
- Assist in additional tax research and reconciliations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
