/p pTo strengthen its bOrganization Special Projects /b team, Zenith Global is seeking a bBusiness Analyst /b who will report directly to the bHead of Organization Special Projects /b and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.
/p pbKey responsibilities: /b /p ulliManage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services.
/liliCoordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards.
/liliManage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing.
/liliCoordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities.
/liliSupport the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures,
partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency.
/liliIdentify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements.
/liliPrepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance.
/li /ul pbPreferred qualifications: /b /p ulliBachelor's degree or High School Diploma.
/liliSolid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations.
/liliStrong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
