Requisiti fondamentaliProven leadership in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery
Experience managing technical teams and external providers
Strong background in enterprise IT and operational governance
Experience with ITIL-based service management

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
