Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations aboard a luxury international cruise ship.
You will oversee production for all meals, create showpieces for buffets, and coordinate pastry demonstrations to delight guests.
Reports to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will supervise the pastry team, ensure strict sanitation, cost controls, and compliance with public health standards.
STCW95 and 4+ years in a 5-star setting are required.
